I support those who are looking for healing from relational and familial trauma, anxiety (including general, social, panic, agoraphobia), life transitions, stress, burnout, grief, sleep issues, identity and sexual orientation exploration, and betrayal.
In addition, I specialize in trauma after your partner has had an emotional or physical affair. I’ve worked with many clients to help release the anger, self-blame, pain, grief, confusion, and constant reaction when this type of betrayal has happened. You may be asking, What’s wrong with me? Why can’t I just get over this? You’re not just angry at your partner; you’re angry at yourself, and you’re terrified that your inability to heal will be the thing that ends your relationship for good. I want to tell you – You are not crazy. You are not broken. You are experiencing the very real trauma of betrayal.
Through our work together, you’ll begin to feel steady again; no longer consumed by intrusive thoughts or emotional spirals. You’ll learn how to calm your nervous system, trust again, and release the self-blame that’s been weighing you down. With time, clarity returns, your sense of strength grows, and joy begins to feel possible again. Whether you choose to rebuild your relationship or create a new chapter for yourself, you’ll be grounded in self-trust, strength, and the knowingness that you can move forward.
My integrative approach brings together multiple healing modalities: Internal Family Systems to connect with the wounded parts of self that live in the body and are ready for repair; Family Constellations and Shamanic techniques for responsibly releasing burdens and ancestral energies; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to shift negative thoughts, rumination, and unhelpful beliefs and patterns, CBT-I for sleep issues and insomnia; and Affirmative Therapy for those identifying as part of the LGBTQ+ community to validate, affirm, and celebrate your unique identity and lived experience. I am also trained in TR-CBT, Somatic Therapies, Mindfulness practices, Attachment-based approaches, experiential and relational approaches, Emotional Freedom Technique, and HeartMath. My style is heart-centered, trauma-informed that brings clinical skills with a warm, attuned presence to a space that provides support, validation, and guidance in a way that honors each person’s pace.
Healing is never about rushing yourself into being “over it.” It’s about tending to the parts of you that are carrying pain, gently releasing what no longer serves you, and cultivating resilience, clarity, and deep self-trust as you move forward.
